Sandy vs. Technology Round II

Technology is a necessary evil in my life. I love and hate it in the same breath. After months of computer issues, I gave in after Christmas and bought a new computer. I had NO idea what I was in for. It's not enough to have to set it up, install the programs and move all my data over to it. But to find out that almost every device I previously used was not compatible with the new operating system (Windows 7) it was almost more than I could bear. Finally, after downloading and upgrading many, many drivers and having to give in and re-purchase some accessories that I could not get new drivers for, I am back in business. Whoo-hoo! I do NOT want to do this again any time soon. Many mistakes were made and valuable lessons have been learned along the way. I've never felt as unorganized as I do now, as I have yet to get all my data loaded on the CPU (some on my laptop, some on CD's, some on jump drives).. More big fun in store for me.
